One screen that tells the driver what's next.

What the driver gets

• The current load on top: next stop, appointment time, the pickup or delivery number, and Navigate. The next load waits underneath.
• Documents from the load: BOL, POD, seal, lumper receipt, scale ticket. Take a photo or scan it with the phone, and it lands on the right load. The driver sees "Sent ✓".
• No signal, no problem: a document waits on the phone and goes out when the signal comes back.
• Stops marked by themselves: with location on, arrival at each stop is recorded without a tap. Without it, the driver taps the stop.
• Pre-trip inspection with photos, from the app.
• Messages with dispatch, and the company's emergency numbers two taps away.

What the driver doesn't see

Drivers paid by the mile never see the rate or the load's totals. Drivers on percentage see the amounts their pay is based on. The office decides.

Location, only while there is a load

The app reads location only while the company has a load assigned and sent to the driver, to mark arrivals and show dispatch where the load is. It tracks the load, not the person: nothing when there is no load, nothing about time off. Many rate cons require tracking for the whole load, with a deduction when it is off (examples). How drivers get started

1. The office adds the driver in Tandem Fleet and sends an invite link.
2. The driver installs Tandem Fleet Driver from the App Store and opens the invite.
3. The driver's loads appear. No password to remember.
