A check runs once a minute from Cloudflare's network, outside our own servers. 99.99% is what we build for. We will quote a measured percentage only after 30 full days of checks, and it will be the real one. How we measure

What we do, and when we last checked.

Three copies, two continents

The main server runs in a data center in St. Louis, Missouri. A full standby copy, documents and photos included, runs on a separate machine in Europe and is refreshed about every 2 minutes. Encrypted backups are made every night and copied to a third device.

If our server stops

A watchdog on another continent checks it every 30 seconds and restarts it by itself. On Nov 3, 2026 we restarted it on purpose, twice: it was serving again in 57 and 52 seconds. If it ever can't come back, we move you to the standby copy, which is at most about 2 minutes behind; when we tested that move, it took 28 seconds. Your address, your sign-in and your drivers' app stay the same. Nobody in your office has to do anything.

Backups we actually restore

On Nov 3, 2026 we restored the newest backup into a brand-new database. All 168 tables and 215,273 rows came back identical.

Locked

Your records sit in an encrypted vault on the main server, and the key is never kept on that server. Every connection uses modern encryption only (TLS 1.2 and 1.3, checked Nov 3, 2026). Passwords are never stored, only a one-way scrambled form. Owners and admins confirm every sign-in with Face ID, a fingerprint or an authenticator code.

Who can see your records

Your people, with the roles you give them. Each company is walled off from every other one inside the database itself; on Nov 2, 2026 we tried 322 times, across 59 parts of the system, to read another company's records, and got nothing. Our support team gets in only when your owner grants access, for a set time (15 minutes to 3 days), and every change they make is logged. We don't sell your data and we show no ads. Privacy policy

What we don't claim.

No certificate. We don't hold SOC 2 or any other security certification today, so you won't see a badge here.
Our own checklist, our own check. We went item by item through the 55-point list Google uses for its app security assessment (CASA, built on OWASP's standard). On Nov 3, 2026: 45 met with evidence, 3 don't apply to us, 7 still open. That is our assessment, not a lab's.
No uptime percentage until it's earned. The monitor started on November 3, 2026.
