How we measure
- Who checks: a small program on Cloudflare's network, outside our own servers. If our servers are down, it still runs and still counts.
- What it checks: app.tandemfleet.com, the address your office and your drivers' app use. A check passes only when the server answers and its database responds, within 10 seconds.
- How often: once a minute, every minute, since November 3, 2026.
- What counts as an interruption: two or more failed checks in a row. A single failed check is not called an interruption, but it still counts against every percentage on this page.
Our target, and our rule about it
We build for 99.99%: about 4 minutes offline in a month, at most. That is a design target, not a result. We don't quote an uptime percentage until the monitor has 30 full days of data. On that day the 30-day line above fills in by itself, and it shows the real figure, whatever it is.
