What it costs a month
The arithmetic is the whole price list: the number of loads times $1.95. A few examples, after your free first month:

A slow month costs less, a busy month costs more. The number of trucks, drivers or office seats does not change the price.
What counts as a load
One load is one rate confirmation you haul: one load number in Tandem Fleet, from first pickup to last delivery.
- Several stops on the same rate con are still one load.
- Revisions (a new rate con for the same load, a changed time or stop) do not add a load.
- Two drivers on the same load, for example a handoff after a breakdown, is still one load.
Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. You fill in a two-minute form, confirm your email, and your company opens. Your free month starts then.
What happens after 12 months?
The $1.95 price is locked for your first 12 months. We do not promise a price for life: storage and processing costs grow with your data. We tell you at least 30 days before any change after that, and you can leave with your data.
Are there per-user or per-truck fees?
No. Add every dispatcher, every office person and every driver. You pay per load only.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel any time. If it doesn't help, you walk away, and your data is exported to you on request.
Is the rate con reader extra?
No. Reading rate cons, the driver app, documents and driver pay are all in the same plan. There is one plan.
Why per load?
So the price follows your business. A company with a few trucks pays little; a company that grows pays more as it runs more loads. Nobody pays for seats they don't use.
